Service Description

We offer an occupancy inspection service to clients needing to check on their rentals in town before guests arrive. We will walk-through your unit, take pictures, note damages, or even call you on FaceTime so you can see it too!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are issued based on service requested. If items have already been purchased, refunds are based upon the policy of the vendor. Airport Transportation is non-refundable but can be used for future shuttle service. Payments are due upon bookings. There is a late fee of $15 per day for unpaid balances.
